Product Introduction
ristar SinTrifugal separator is an economical separator, which can be used to remove liquid and solid impurities in gas phase fluid. The sintrifugal separator is also called umbrella-vane-type separator. This separator is mainly used for coarse separation of mixed fluid, with good separation effect and small pressure drop in the separation process. It can be designed with vertical structure and horizontal structure.
This type of separator adopts the advanced single-stage cyclone factor technology of the United States, which is widely used in gas, liquid and solid separation in coal chemical industry, petrochemical industry, oil refining and other fields. Compared with other high-efficiency separators, it has the advantages of low price and small space occupation.

Technical Advantages
- Tristar SinTrifugal separator is a gas, liquid and solid three-phase separator used for coarse separation, which can separate liquid and solid in gas at the same time, and achieve satisfactory separation effect.
- This type of separator can be designed according to the different needs of customers. It can be connected between process equipments and pipelines. It can be arranged in either a vertical structure or a horizontal structure. At the same time, multiple separators can be used in parallel to deal with the large flowrate mixed fluid, and the inlet and outlet directions can be set arbitrarily.
- This type of separator is economical, flexible and convenient in layout, small in floor space and low in pressure drop. It is widely used in coal chemical industry, petrochemical industry, oil refining and other fields.
Working Principle
The working principle of Tristar SinTrifugal separator is based on the mechanism of inertial centrifugal force. After the gas-phase fluid with liquid and solid enters the separator, the gas flow first passes through the umbrella vane blade internal assembly, and in this process, the rotating and outward driving forces are generated to remove the droplets and solid particles from the gas.
The effect of inertial centrifugal force makes the particulate impurities gather to the inner wall of the equipment, and the accumulated impurities are collected through the collection plate, and then discharged from the equipment along the outlet set on the inner wall of the container. The clean gas to remove impurities is discharged from the gas phase outlet. A collection box can be set on the outer wall of the equipment to collect and buffer the discharged solid and liquid particles.
